The Role:

Madiba is currently conducting a search for a Client in need of an SAP PP Functional Consultant. The role will require travel to multiple locations, including New Jersey, New York, and Puerto Rico and be responsible for the migration of a production facility/shop floor execution system for a site in Puerto Rico into SAP ECC 6.0.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 8- 10 year of SAP PP Functional Lead experience with both PP process and PP hands on SAP configuration experience
• Experience implementing SAP PP for discrete manufacturing
• Experience with process design and hands-on configuration
• Experience assisting PP/MM business partners writing functional specifications, gathering business requirements, performing analysis, interfacing solutions and designing and configuring systems
• Recommend effective solutions that meet the business needs and experience researching and analyzing solution options
• Deep knowledge of PP (Work Orders, Routings, BOMS, Material Master)
• Experience with creation or conversion of master data such as material masters, BoMs, Work Centers and Routings
• Knowledge of APO a plus
• Knowledge of Product costing a plus
• Execute data migration plans as well as develop test plans, perform testing and evaluation

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10 years’ relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering is preferred
• Certification in SAP MM/PP is a plus
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English considered a plus
