Top 5* Lodge requires the services of an outgoing, experienced, presentable, non-smoking spa & lodge reservations sales person.

Duties include booking enquiries, sales & marketing. reservations, guests liaison, check-in/outs.

Skills and Requirements

The successful candidate must have an outgoing and friendly manner, and demonstrate a willingness to learn, has a strong work ethic, be passionate about superlative service, has an eye for detail, be a gregarious host, and be passionate about the tourism industry.

A degree in tourism and/or relevant five star experience will be a recommendation.
