Skills Required:

• Good Airline experience
• Agile and Release Train experience
• Microsoft project expertise and should be able to use most of its functions
• Ability to quickly build relationship and trust with the business
• Experience working with and leading matrixed teams
• Experience with management of external partners
• Experience bringing clarity in the midst of confusion
• Candidate should have longer stay in each engagement. Anything lesser than a year in any engagement considers negative in Delta review.
• Project managers should understand project budgets and can handle resources management against the budget.
• Communication skill is very important. Candidate should be able to articulate how and why they make certain decisions and explain it with confidence in an interview.
