Product Designer

A Product Designer at Ackmann & Dickenson works with our team in a highly collaborative environment to create amazing digital and print experiences with a fundamental understanding of the user. Our designers can move promptly from one project to another with an absolute focus on the task. You must be confident to speak your mind, work in a team, and communicate your ideas. We’re looking for talented and hungry individuals obsessed with self-improvement, detail, and visual design skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and evangelize design concepts to internal and external teams
• Ability to iterate well on solutions once given client feedback
• Work and collaborate with various project teams
• Design both digital and print experiences that problem solve as well as engage
• Present ideas clearly and effectively
• Stay hungry and push yourself in every single challenge

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in digital and print design (preferably agency work)
• Comfortable using Sketch and various Adobe Creative Suite products
• Diverse online portfolio of work
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
