Process Operator

Job Description

Successful candidates will be trained to operate in one of our facilities. These plant positions require highly adaptable people who take pride in doing an excellent job. Candidates are required to have computer skills and be able to develop & apply mechanical/problem solving skills; as well as work well in a team environment with little supervision. Manufacturing experience a plus. Located 20 minutes west of Chicago.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Successful passing of pre-employment test.
• Must be available to work 3 rotating shifts, all days of the week.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb stairs.
• Demonstrated ability of math, reading and mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literate. SAP is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply mechanical/problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with little supervision.

Ability to operate a fork lift, a plus.
