Due to the growth of our company, we are hiring for experienced Outside Sales Reps who are self-motivated, career oriented and seek to achieve a high level of success. Our Top Performers Earn Over $100,000 Annually!Given the times when you read this ad be open to New Opportunities and New Ways to sell and have an open mind. We go to market the old fashioned way. We will train you on the streets and make the cold calls and open up accounts and teach you how to meet the buyers, demonstrate the product and close the sale. When you become productive we will give you active accounts and help build your base. There will also be continuous training via classroom, webinars etc. The Ideal Candidate:? Actively making multiple daily cold calls by generating leads (prospects through research, networking, computer programs, events etc.) with potential accounts to introduce the Armchem International brand, demonstrating products, and closing the sale on the spot? Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals? Develops and executes profitable business plans or managing accounts. Teams with individuals within sales and management to communicate account plans, pricing, and driving sales.? Conducting all activities in accordance with established company policies? Submitting all written reports required by corporate management in a timely manner

Position Specifications:

  • Ability to Cold Call and Maintain Existing Accounts

  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • History of success and a preferred minimum of 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Capacity to learn and be trained on selling techniques and extensive product line
  • Develop your own leads as well as work with ours
  • Proven Track Record of Success
  • Ability to Demonstrate Innovative Products
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with Customers
  • Good Driving Record and reliable transportation
  • MUST NOT HAVE MORE THAN 3 JOBS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS
