Missions and Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Operations Controller Manager and will assist in the compilation and consolidation of data including variance analysis and efficiency reporting as well as rolling forecast comments for the Southern Africa area. Added to this is assisting in the compilation and control of the internal investment decision process and the on going dialogue with all parties ensuring correct information is being reported. Assist with annual target compilation of the company and other adhoc duties.

Competencies and Profile

The position requires either a B.Com in Accounting or a BSc in Engineering with 2-3 years experience.

An understanding of relationships between operational levers, actions and the reported business performance indicators including financials.

Above average communication skills both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a an ability to interrogate information.

Knowledge of reporting systems and IT proficiency (Excel or ERP/ SAP).

Valid South African drivers license and flexibility to work long hours when required.
