Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

On-going development and management of all aspects of the program.

Academic planning and program evaluation.

Faculty recruitment, development, evaluation and mentoring.

Clinical site development and oversight.

Maintains effective relationships with federal, state and local constituencies, accrediting bodies, state boards, clinical site personnel, students and alumni.

Preparation of reports and self-studios for the institutional accrediting agency.

Requirements:

Minimum of Master’s Degree

ASCP-BOC or ASCP -BOC generalist certification

Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist

Minimum 3 years of full time experience

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

Excellent communication and creativity skills

Team relationship builder
