Junior Java Application Developer

Primerica currently has the following opening at our corporate office located at 1 Primerica Parkway in Duluth Georgia:

The Junior Java Application Developer is knowledgeable in analysis and design, coding, testing and debugging programs. Good organizational, verbal and communication skills. Additionally, good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with peers and management are required. Developer will also be involved in researching and resolving production issues as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND SOFTWARE SPECIALIZATIONS:

• Minimum 2 year experience in Java development
  
• Experience in custom software development with focus on web development (Servlet, JSP, JDBC, Struts)
  
• Can code HTML,Javascript and css
  
• Knowledge of standard web service development frameworks and methodologies (SOAP,REST)
  
• Some experience with IDEs such as RAD or Eclipse
  
• Good understanding of SDLC Process (e.g. Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing)
  
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  
• Good Analytical and communications skills
