Who we are: InsuranceHub is a growing, highly collaborative team of people who are passionate about insurance-but also know how to have fun. We have got a lot of great people here, but they need the support of an awesome Junior Applications Developer. We created the role of Applications Developer because we’re planning on adapting and evolving with the times – we’re technology -savvy like that, but we need the help of a talented IT individual to help us fulfill our dream of managing our master data assets across all functions. To make a long story short, we’re getting a new software program to organize our data, but we need someone to help us manage it.

This IT wizard will help to develop and provide support for InsuranceHub’s Master Data Managements business rules and implementation of our new CRM. This means that you will be in charge of integrating the measuremets of quality data and new data into the Master Data System. We’re looking for someone who really likes data and who’s good with computers. Sound like you?

Great! To the right Junior Applications Director, we offer: First year on target earnings of $45 – $50k 401K Excellent medical benefits Very generous PTO Supportive, fun environment In addition to being good with computers, you will: Be the champion & lead on updating, customizing, and integrating our new Dynamics CRM. Make sure we are using technology efficiently and to the best of its capabilities as part of the data organization system of InsuranceHub. Undertake the MDM development work (workflow, scripts, stewarding modules, data profiling, cleansing, merging, matching, data transformation, reports, and trouble-shooting daily operation demands or production issues) and act as the “go-between” for our leadership team, the software program, and the IT Systems Owners. You would be our software program guru who will tolerate questions and help explain how the program fits in with the company goals. Keep up with integration design documents and unit test plans for all data sources that will be shuffled into the integration program.

Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends so that we can stay at the front of the tech game. Of course, there are a few things you need to do this job… Willingness to play ping pong.
