Java Developer

· Someone who is solid with Core Java. They use java 8 there but java8 is not required as they hardly use new features in java 8 like Lambdas, streams, etc.

· Spring boot: it’s definitely a bonus but if the person is strong is core java, that would suffice too

· Angular: they use Angular 5 but Angular is not really a must as Vinh thinks these framework can be learned relatively quickly for a strong java person

· TDD: they use Mockito, Junit, Protractor, Jazzman (for JavaScript). If the person knows Mockito and Junit, the that would suffice

· Pair programming: Vinh knows that not many environments implement pair programming in its true sense. It would be ok if the person is assertive and can articulate well. Don’t have to be an extrovert as Vinh expressed that he is not one either.
