Executive Onboarding Specialist

In addition to validating new hires information in the Amazon systems, the Onboarding specialist will work with multiple stakeholders to align, research, develop, and execute process improvements for services offered. A qualified candidate will have experience working in a high volume environment, the ability to meet tight deadlines, able to exhibit project management skills, be an effective communicator, and capable of partnering with stakeholders to continually improve upon processes. The need to roll up ones sleeves to execute required job functions is essential. The Onboarding Specialist must have a high level of ownership and accountability to accomplish deliverables within required timelines.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Build and foster relationships with domestic and international teams throughout the HR/legal/relocation/immigration/recruiting organization to successfully onboard executive candidates
• Manage multiple tasks and small scale projects autonomously to improve processes and ensure a positive employee experience
• Respond quickly to escalations and perform root cause analysis on common occurring issues to develop streamlined processes and inventive solutions to reduce defects
• Offer high touch guidance and support to Amazon hires
• Complete special projects around the onboarding process, such as designing custom launch plans
