Desktop Support/ Network Support

Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be customer oriented and should be able develop a long term relationship with the client.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and should be able to act in the best interest of the client.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support/ Network Support
• Well versed with desktop support, network troubleshooting, Outlook, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Experience with maintaining network infrastructure
• Configuration and maintenance of printers and other mobile devices.

Bonus Points:

• Experience installing servers
• Sonicwall or Cisco firewall experience a plus but not required.
