POSITION DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Creative Manager, the Designer is responsible creating high-quality, clean

and impactful visuals while also maintaining our brand guidelines. Includes working with a variety of media—from print collateral and event signage to websites, emails, and other digital assets. The Designer takes a user-centered approach, creating the ideal design for the identified need(s).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and layout of presentations, brochures, reports, whitepapers, newsletters, mailers,

corporate templates, and other print collateral.

– Design and layout of emails, web pages, interactive graphics, and other digital assets.

– Maintain brand standards across all designs and keep brand assets up to date.

– Participate in ideation and wireframing exercises to produce more effective designs.

– Help create creative briefs for projects.

– Work with and/or manage outside vendors when necessary.

– Maintain current industry knowledge of design concepts, techniques, hardware and software.

– Additional responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related discipline.

– 3-5+ years of design experience.

– Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite CC.

– Ability to work in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

– Effective interpersonal and communication skills both orally and in writing.

– Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility with changing timelines and priorities.

– Strong attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE SKILLS

– HTML and CSS coding.

– Experience with video and photography.

– Knowledge of UX processes and methods.
