Corporate Partnerships Activation Manager

The Corporate Partnerships Activation Manager for the Arizona Sports Foundation is currently an at-will full time non-exempt position that reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships . The Corporate Partnerships Activation Manager will be responsible for the activation and fulfillment of new and existing Fiesta Bowl partners, customers and vendors including multi-platform integrated sponsorships and trade partnerships.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Manage and fulfill select corporate partnerships for the Fiesta Bowl, Cactus Bowl and Fiesta Bowl Events including communicating deadlines, specs and other relevant logistics

Determine partner’s schedule of benefits and create activation plans to meet the client and company objectives

Obtain client approval on any logo/company mark usage within Fiesta Bowl elements

Effectively manage and fulfill partner elements on all social media platforms

Work cross-functionally with departments such as Events, Ticketing, CR, Graphics and Digital to determine, schedule and fulfill contractual and added value partner assets that maximize value for Fiesta Bowl customers and stakeholders

Work closely with Events department to ensure that all partnership elements are effectively executed at Fiesta Bowl, Cactus Bowl and other Fiesta Bowl events

Pull statistics from Scarborough Research Systems to help build new proposals

Capture partnership delivery in an organized and timely manner to be included in reports such as Season Game Plans and Seasonal Partnership Recap reports

Facilitate activation meetings, midseason meetings and end of season meetings with partners

Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities with corporate partners

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in a sports marketing, activation or sales

Proven ability to successfully interact with senior-level executives

Excellent writing and communication

Strong computer skills in all basic Microsoft Office software platforms

Ability to work nights and weekends as required
