Commercial Credit Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for sampling and reporting within Wholesale Credit Quality Assurance. In addition, the candidate will assist with the automation of sampling and/or reporting for the various QA programs. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Business Support Manager in addressing other key initiatives within the WC QA team. The candidate must independently conduct assigned responsibilities within the context of the assigned programs/project. Location preference is Charlotte or Dallas.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel (including Macros (VBA)), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access (or other database programs)
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also as an engaged member of a team
• Strong organizational skills

Additional Desired (not required) Requirements:

• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with automation
• Project management experience
• Understanding of commercial credit
