The Role:
The Client Relations Coordinator position will play a crucial role for Ticketmaster’s OnTour team, in the company’s continued evolution in the live entertainment industry. Ticketmaster’s OnTour team is the company’s artist facing department, tasked with building Ticketmaster’s relationships with the artist community, along with informing artists’ teams and acting as a resource to those teams to help them maximize ticket sales, marketing and drive incremental revenue throughout their tour cycle. The Client Relations coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining a solid foundation for the expanding OnTour team, and identifying potential areas of growth with both new and existing clients. The qualified candidate will have demonstrated an understanding of the live music industry.

Responsibilities:
Client pitch support – customize client presentations using PowerPoint. Research and provide key points for development of program one-sheets. Manage ongoing maintenance of client-facing materials as offers evolve.

Monitor weekly sales of tours, gather performance metrics and create easily reviewable documents.

Provide secondary tour support by facilitating setup of offers including creation of illustrative mocks for clients and assistance with contract development and execution.

Manage creation and delivery of tour recap reports. Collect and analyze tour data from multiple reporting sources, preparing data in a presentable format and work with design to create the final client-facing report. Manage internal approval process.

Own client on-boarding for Ticketmaster’s client-facing tools. Facilitate setting up accounts, providing client tutorials, training documentation and fielding questions. Trouble-shoot issues and spearhead initiatives for the OnTour team. Develop product adoption strategy with marketing team.

Maintain client relations database in Salesforce. Responsible for contract entry and ongoing updates to current records. Work with Salesforce product team on standardization of data. Run various reports weekly.

Social media content – work with Client Relations and Marketing team to identify and create engaging social media posts for B2B channel based on weekly tour launches and artist content. Focus on organic growth and client engagement.

Work with cross-functional groups, including, but not limited to, marketing, finance, event operations, legal, product teams, data teams, etc., to initiate and execute ah-hoc projects within the constraints of tight, and often fluid, time deadlines

Assist in generating and delivering internal and external reports to appropriate parties, including monthly reports to showcase department wins.

Handle administrative departmental functions and information gathering, as needed

Various other similar tasks as they arise

Qualifications

Self-starter, with a bias toward action and execution

Passion for music

Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus

Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.

Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the company.

Must be motivated with a positive, “Everything is possible” attitude.

Must be a proactive problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.

Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with a range of people and personalities

Internet Savvy with strong research skills

Data analysis experience and familiarity with Omniture or Google Analytics is a plus

Exhibiting characteristics of integrity, honesty, discretion, loyalty and kindness to peers

An understanding of marketing (especially digital and social media marketing) for music artists is a huge plus

Bachelor’s degree and 1 – 2+ years of music industry experience

Previous experience or internship at a music label, management company or talent agency preferred
