Back End Web Developer / Technology Efficiency Designer

Job Responsibilities:
Design, code, and manage the interchange of data between the server and the users, using extensive knowledge of modern web techniques, including interface development, client-side and server-side programming, and dynamic content management to ensure a functional and user-friendly website for our company.

Develop all server- side logic, building reusable code and libraries for future use, using working knowledge of CMS framework (e.g. Joomla, WordPress, Drupal), SQL database, programming languages (e.g. Java, Ruby, PHP, and Python), MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.

Define, integrate, and maintain the central database and implement data storage solutions to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Create a secure API for our web and mobile applications by implementing security and data protection.

Collaborate with front-end web developer and web designer to improve usability and perform UI tests to optimize performance.

Stay up to date with industry developments and assist the company with identification and implementation of technology that will increase efficiency while adding value.

Job Requirements:
6 total years of experience in web and/or application development
