Application Developer II – IHM

Discover Products Inc. seeks a Application Developer II in Phoenix, Arizona to participate in support, development, testing and implementation for CSCM systems/applications. Work with internal team to ensure proper system documentation is maintained. Provide ongoing support to internal business teams and field users including assuring best practice efforts are facilitated and implemented in CSCM. Utilize frontend development technologies including HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript, UX Utilize common libraries and frameworks including Angular.js, ReactJS, NodeJS, Spring MVC, Grails, Express.js, Socket.io. Utilize robust application architecture including micro service environments and fault tolerance. Utilize cloud-based IaaS and PaaS solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku, Cloud Foundry). Utilize technologies including Oracle and MySQL. Utilize LEAN, Agile (Scrum) technologies. Utilize Software development lifecycle and models. Utilize the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline tools and automate the deployment and testing. Promote a risk aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and practices.

Skills

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing technologies including JAVA, Spring, Java Script, Node JS, MySQL, Teradata, PaaS and UNIX; utilizing common libraries and frameworks including Angular.js, Spring MVC, Grails, Express.js and Socket.io; participating in the Software Development Lifecycle; utilizing frontend development technologies including HTML5, CSS/CSS3 and UX; utilizing cloud based IaaS and PaaS solutions including AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku and Cloud Foundry; and utilizing technologies including Jenkins, GitHub and other CI-CD tools.
