Agile Product Owner

As an Agile Product Owner with Xpressdocs, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, you will manage multiple complex web and technology projects and help teams adopt Agile Methodology. This role is a critical one in our organization that ensures we consistently deliver the highest quality products to our customers. You’ll work in a fast paced environment where collaboration with internal teams and customers is key to your day-to-day success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying high level functional and non-functional requirements, and communicating those requirements development teams.
• Acting as a proxy for the business on managing competing priorities, throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Eliciting and creating initial epics/features and elaborating into user stories that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Developing business analysis artifacts such as user experience models and prototypes/process flows/ business rules to clarify requirements.
• Prioritizing and sequencing the backlog of epics/features/user stories according to business value, throughout the release and sprint planning cycles.
• Owning the project scope to ensure successful delivery; meeting business expectations and established timelines.

Requirements:
3+ years related experience

Hands on experience with Jira and various plugins is required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, or other related field preferred

Expertise in agile development process

Creative, decisive and able to work in a collaborative work environment
