Administrative Analyst

Under general supervision responsible for supply ordering using the 1197 process or a company P-Card, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices upon receipt with necessary follow up as needed. Prepare payment requests, get required signatures, and file paperwork by defined guidelines. Enter order and payment information in all appropriate tracking systems. Reconcile monthly charges to make sure all expenses are accurately charged to the appropriate AU or grant. Assist the department by answering incoming calls, distribution of mail, and providing general administrative support to staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED certificate. An Associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.

Experience: Typically 3 years of related experience in clerical, administrative or program support in public health or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook,

Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Proficient in data entry into spreadsheets and databases. Ability to use scheduling systems and coordinate meetings. Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal human relations skills. Ability to prioritize, lead tasks and take initiative to achieve daily work expectations independently. Ability to multi-task with good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
