We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist that will work within our Finance team focusing on invoicing, cash deposits and application, daily reporting and internal and Sales team support.

Main responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing customer invoices and credits
• Daily deposit tracking, processing and cash application
• Credit card processing
• Daily revenue, cash and paid orders reporting
• Sales team support
• Customer communication and support
• Administrative and Finance team support
• Special projects

Credentials & Experience

• 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting position
• Experience with customer invoicing
• Experience with Dynamics AX preferred
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Associates in Accounting degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Dedication to excellence in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and high volume workload
• Strong problem solving, organizational skills, attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
